This product is a heavy-duty concentrated acid wheel cleaner. That's formulated to clean and brighten most aluminum chrome and nonferrous metals.
Directions: Mix one part with four parts water (1:4). For best results, wet wheels and surrounding area to cool surfaces before applying product. Spray products directly on wheel and let dwell for 30 seconds. Agitate product on the wheel with spoke brush, if necessary. Thoroughly pressure rinse wheel and dry on the surface.
